North Grenville, ON - The Municipality of North Grenville is excited to announce the upcoming First Impressions Community Exchange Program. Members of our community will be completing the exchange with Petawawa throughout the month of June. This initiative aims to enhance our local environment by gaining valuable feedback from secret shopper-style visitors who will provide a first impressions report to the Economic Development Department and Council on their findings.
The First Impressions Community Exchange Program is a unique opportunity for North Grenville to showcase the warmth, friendliness, and charm that defines North Grenville. These visitors, carefully selected and briefed, will be venturing into our neighborhoods to experience firsthand the essence of our community. Their observations and feedback will provide invaluable insights into areas where we excel and opportunities for improvement.
Let’s demonstrate who we are as a community and embrace this opportunity to create positive impressions. From maintaining tidy streets and welcoming storefronts to demonstrating our trademark hospitality, every gesture counts in shaping the perception of our community. Let us collectively strive to exhibit the warmth and pride that make North Grenville a wonderful place to live, work, and visit.
Mayor Peckford expressed enthusiasm for the program, stating, "The First Impressions Community Exchange Program aligns with our commitment to continuous improvement and community engagement in accordance with our 10-year strategic plan. By participating actively and positively, we can further enhance North Grenville's reputation as a welcoming and vibrant destination."
Stay tuned for updates as we exchange feedback with our exchange community and learn more about our community from an outside perspective.
