Additional Residential Unit (ARU) Initiative Virtual OPEN HOUSE

Thanks to the Housing Accelerator Fund, the Municipality has incentives for qualified property owners in North Grenville to build Additional Residential Units (ARUs) on their property. These could house: Aging parents, grown children starting out, or rental tenants.
The format is:
- a presentation
- a Q&A session
- consultations with the Planning and Building officials, as needed (and as time allows)
