Fallen Firefighter Memorial Dedication Ceremony
A special memorial dedication will take place in North Grenville to honour the brave members of the North Grenville (Kemptville) Fire Service who have tragically lost their lives in the line of duty. As part of this tribute, ground plaques bearing their names will be unveiled in recognition of their service and sacrifice.
The memorial will recognize three individuals:
- Firefighter, James Ault, January 8, 1936
- Chief, Tim Bond, September 26, 2016
- Firefighter, James Petersen, September 28, 2019
In attendance will be some family members of those being dedicated, members of the N.G.F.S., and an open invitation to any members of the public.
